Shipping: FedEx, UPS Ground (tracking provided), or USPS Ground/Priority Mail.
Return Policy: You have 30 days to return your order, however, we do not accept returns on personalized items.
Design Included: Custom graphics design is included in our service! Once your order is placed, we’ll begin working on your design.

Shipping and Processing
Processing varies. Although we try to process products as soon as we receive the order, processing is just an estimate and delays could happen due to circumstances beyond our control such as machine breaking or delay on your end approving the proof or sending photos/logos/files. Some products also require longer processing such as those with epoxy or large signs. Please check each product to verify processing. We use USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground Advantage to ship.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns for personalized items such as those items engraved with your photo, logo, and your own texts. Read more about our Refund Policy
